Guangdong High-Level Personnel of Special Support Program
Guangdong Province selects outstanding, leading and young talents in a wide variety of fields to implement the strategy of strengthening the economic base of Guangdong province through the accumulation of talent. Since 2014, the Special Support Plan for the Cultivation of High-Level Talents in Guangdong has awarded a number of talents in a planned and strategic manner.
